How does payment protection work?
When you accept a quote, your payment is processed securely through our payment partner. Your Xtra receives the payment once the task is confirmed as completed, in accordance with Kerja Xtra's payment and dispute process.
Are the Xtras really verified?
Yes. Every Xtra submits a government ID and is reviewed by our team before they can take their first job.
